Party Monster!

The Lawn Fawn challenge blog is celebrating 100 challenges, so this week is a party theme!

I used the yeti as my party monster, and made it look like the crayons were raining confetti on him. I used a mix of sequins for texture and color. :)

Here's another card I worked on at a mini crop this weekend, featuring some of my favorite Stampin' Up star products - star framelits, embossing folder, and the mini punch that makes colorful borders like this a breeze.

I am entering this in the My Favorite Things sketch challenge, color challenge, and the Simon Says Stamp texture challenge.  :)

A Piece of Paradise

Over at Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge, you're challenged to create something that shows your piece of paradise. I used the Stampin' Up hostess set, Nuts About You, to represent my love for spending time on outdoor adventures with my sweetheart (not a squirrel)! ;)

Colored with markers, and embellished with linen thread and SU washi tape.
